I've been searching the internet for Ipad 2 cases and nothing I saw could beat this case from Yoobao. I received my order super fast via USPS and it was everything I hoped for.
I had a little hitch in ordering but customer service was so prompt to respond that I was able to please my order without any delay. GREAT SERVICE.
Other reviews talked about some port cutouts not lining up precisely but mine are perfect.....the V3 is the perfect hybrid.
I would love to buy another one so I can change cases sometimes but only if they added some other colors.....a nice green (no contrast stitching), all white or dark brown...hint, hint Yoobao :).

I bought 2 Yoobao iPad 2 Smart Executive Leather Folio Case V3 With Magnetic Closure and Hibernation thru the website in black color.
It arrived quick, the quality/workmanship is excellent! The iPad 2, fits perfectly! It does protect your iPad all around, not just the screen.
It gives that good feeling when you carry it. No leather smell like some reviews said. I am very happy with my purchase!
I bought one more in Red (beautiful red, I was worried it would be bright red) by phone order. It was last minute gift for my sister. It was shipped right away and got it on time!
She loves it, it looks so nice with her white iPad as other reviews said.

This is the best leather case you will find in the market
I've tried no less than 10 cases and this one is the best. From other reviews (here and on Amazon) you can tell.
And one more thing I want to mention is, I bought one from Amazon previously from a "bestseller". But the one they sent to me was not "V3" and it has the magnetic flaw. I returned it and got another one from Xengadget. This is the real V3. And Xengadget has excellent customer service. 5 stars!

This Yoobao case is perfect.

I saw some reviews about an odd odor but mine smells like leather, which I like. I also love the stitching which tells me that it's going to hold up for a long time. I'm very happy.

This is THE perfect case for the iPad 2. When the cover is folded over and tucked into the backside tab as the typing mode, the iPad2 is in a slightly sharper angle than when using the smart cover sold by Apple - making it easier to type and read. It's an attractive, professional looking case - and the leather grain / pattern makes the iPad2 MUCH easier to hold onto.

Quality product and great customer service!
I just received this cover yesterday and am very pleased with it. It is well made of fine, soft, genuine leather. It fits the iPad snugly, and completely incloses it, protecting it from bumps, especially on the corners. The magnetic switch that turns ipad on and off when you open/close it which is a nice feature, and works well. The cutouts are well placed and functional. The lid when opened also serves as a stand when the iPad is in the landscape/horizontal position. A very well made, functional product. And Xengadget.com has very good customer service! I ordered it on Saturday and received it yesterday!

ipad 2 leather case from yoobao
I'm happy I didn't buy the Apple product. It was overpriced and underwhelming.
The case is real leather. And when you open the cover the it wakes up the ipad. When you close the cover, the Ipad goes to sleep. This case has a magnetic closure to keep the cover closed.
All the opening cut outs fit perfectly. Yes..it's a tight fit, but that's what you want. You dont want the Ipad to move around.
The folio/case has a flap to insert the cover when opened so it can rest on a desk with 3 different positions.
I would recommend this product. It will protect your Ipad and doesnt increase it's thickness.

The Yoobao Leather iPad 2 case, IMO is as perfect as you can get for the iPad 2. It is made of fine leather and fits the iPad 2 perfectly. It is the best that I have seen.
The Yoobao Clear Screen Protector for the iPad 2 is another story. Yoobao should stay with what they do best, which is not Screen Protectors. Over the years I have installed many screen protectors on different devices, some easy and some not so easy. The Yoobao Screen Protector is the worst of the lot. (Sorry to have to say that). Unfortunately being plastic it will be in the landfill for the next 1000 years.

I was reading all the reviews on different forums about this Yoobao case. It seems there were different versions and many issues with the previous versions like, bad smell, weak magnet, etc. Then I saw Xengadget claims their cases are the latest version with all problems fixed. So I tried (yes, the free shipping helped, too). And I've being using this case for more than two weeks. It's good. The customer service was good too.

Magnet strength
I have had the cover since it came out. The magnet does not hold well when the pad is on edge, as in my daypack. The top cover is gradually warping and bending up at the corners with use. Do you have a newer, improved version? I am a very careful user, though use it all day.

My husband has a previous version of this case and he likes it a lot even with some quirks in it. And when this V3 is available he immediately bought me a red one. And---I love it. Finally, this is the one
Having tried 6 cases, this version 3 is perfect for me, very elegant around the office, but protective. Classy, soft leather feel, enough protection, with no added bulk, they finally got the cutouts right, the magnetic closure is perfect, it both triggers auto on and off, and keeps the flap closed to avoid false triggering, and doesn't turn the unit off when folded back around. Soft leather, no smell out of the package, very lightweight. In my book, beats Scosche (I had one on ipad 1, loved it, but on ipad 2, it seems to add unnecessary bulk), case crown, (nice case, but bulky), bear mountain, (really bulky), targus, (no divider on front cover to allow for flipover prop like original apple ipad 1 case). A little more expensive, but this case is perfect. Best way to put it, it's an apple ipad 1 case, but done in nice leather, with perfect magnetic interface. Way to stick with the design and get it right Yoobao.

This realtor is very happy with the case

Great cover
This cover is great! It let's me use the stand feature for typing anywhere while still being able to keep it completely covered in my bag when I'm not using it. The only thing I miss is an elastic strap that could come around the case to help keep it closed (and the magnet secured) when it is in the bottom of my bag. I am going to solve the problem by picking up a stylish elastic headband the next time I'm in a dollar-type store. All of the cut outs are perfectly sized and placed so that I can easily plug in head phones and adapters. I will be picking up another cover or two in different colors soon.

This is the best iPad 2 case. I am extremely happy when I received the case,It's beautiful in appearance.
There is no odor from the leather , the cut outs for the holes are perfectly aligned. There is one flaw to the case, that its flap does not cover all the way to the front. The flap does work pretty well putting my ipad in sleep/ wake up mode. This is the best iPad 2 case for the quality, looks & price.

Not perfect, but the best on market
I've had this Yoobao case for about a month now. It's thin, light, works as advertised, and it's not too expensive. I like that it wraps all the way around the back and edges, protecting the sides and corners. I'm only giving it four stars because there is still some room for improvement. I wish there was a way for the cover to stay in the fully folded back position while i'm holding it in my hand. I had to use a piece of velcro to accomplish this. The other issue is that the ipad is not held securely in place, I have to constantly push it back into the sleeve as it slowly slips out. With a few easy tweaks, I think this case would be perfect.

Great product, even better customer service
I was the lucky ones who got the first version of the case. While it was annoying how the hibernation function works, but the case is definitely well made.
Xengadget informed us the problem and I was skeptical on how well they will fix the situation. About 3 weeks ago, received email from them again explaining what my options are, and opted for a replacement case. Got it few days later and has been very happy ever since. I recommended the case and Xengadget to every iPad 2 user I know, and bought two more for my parents as well.
The case is simply the best iPad 2 case available, and the customer service from Xengadget is top notch. Thanks guys!

Perfect slim REAL leather case
This case is perfect if you want a slim case with no padding. It's very form fitting. Don't be gentle with it when you put your iPad in. you have to muscle it. It's real leather so it can take it. It puts the iPad to sleep when the cover is closed but does not put it to sleep when you fold the top around back like in some cases. There's no need for a long review. It does what it's intended to do. It looks good and fits the iPad perfectly. All ports and controls are easily accessible. I read where some people said the camera and Home button isn't centered right in the case. You need to muscle it a little. The camera is maybe a millimeter off center but it's real leather so it will stretch in time. It shouldn't really bother you..lol If you want a real leather slim case for your iPad2 you'll find none better.

Initially I ordered one from eBay because the price is cheaper, but quickly realize that it's V1 when I got it. It smells horrible and my iPad 2 was constantly turned off when the cover was flipped. Luckily I was only to return it and ordered another one from Xengadget.
What a difference the V2 makes. The hibernation works great and it smells much better. Do yourself a favor, get this case, and get it from Xengadget!

V2 is fabulous
I received the V1 of the case. Xengadget informed me that it will be replacement once the V2 came out. I got it 5 days ago, and am very happy.
The hibernation and smell issues are fixed completely, and the case fits the iPad 2 like a glove. Kudos to Yoobao and Xengadget for doing such a fabulous job!

The quality of manufacture is superb!
Just received the red executive case, version 2. It is a perfect fit for the iPad 2. All the holes align perfectly, you do need to push and pull (adjust) the cover for a perfect fit. Just like putting on leather seat covers.
The quality of manufacture is superb! All the stitching is spot on. The leather is very supple and luxurious to the touch. It's very thin and adds very little bulk to the iPad 2. The manufacturer payed respect to the styling of the iPad 2. They didn't just make a cover, they enhanced the look and feel of the iPad 2.
You will feel very confident when putting it down for others to see. There is no substitute for real quality leather. Did I mention that the red case looks beautiful?
The magnets could be a bit stronger - to keep cover secure when moving about but they work as they should.

The Yoobao Executive Genuine Leather Case V2 for iPad 2 is BY FAR the best iPad case I've seen or owned -- and believe me, I've seen and owned a bunch of 'em. Its combination of features (soft leather, magic cover, total protection for iPad edges) and amazingly low price makes this super-thin, super-light cover a must-buy. In fact, I've bought two -- one black, one brown. I'm spreading the word to every iPad owner I know ... YOU GOTTA GET THIS CASE !!!

Even better than expected
I just received my iPad 2 case, and I must say, it was everything I hoped for, and then some. It seems like all the issues with v1 have been fixed in v2, and now it just has a bit of a new car smell, which is not bad at all, and the sleep functions seems to work great. I would highly recommend this case to anyone with an iPad 2. It puts the smartcovers from Apple to shame.

YaoBoo Case for iPad2
So, the first case I received (version 2), was not acitvating the sleep/wake funtion properly. However, Xengadget replaced it very quickly and new one works great. The case is beautiful, fits will, and is well made. And the service Xengadget offers makes me feel real comfortable to order from them again.

Close to perfect
I ordered this case because I wanted full protection for my iPad but don't want to add a lot of bulk, and I am more than satisfied with my purchase.
PROS:
1. I was expecting a potent leather smell based on other reviews, but it smells like any other fine leather. I guess Yoobao did improve it for Version 2.
2. Hibernation feature works well, major improvement over Version 1.
3. The leather is soft and top quality.
4. The quality of the stitching is top-notch.
CONS:
The alignment of the holes is quite good, but not perfect. The microphone is partially obstructed, but as far as I can tell it doesn't affect recording quality. Also the notches for the front camera and the home button are a little bit off center, but only by about a millimeter.
All in all it is a nearly perfect case - sturdy, attractive, and functional. I highly recommend it!

I found "the one"
Like many others, I ordered the Yoobao case (brown) about 2 weeks ago and have been waiting for the version 2 ever since. The post man shown up today and now my iPad 2 can finally be properly protected.
What I like about it:
Very nice real leather, well made, and lightweight. With all the new Iad2 cases out there, I thnk I found "the one".

Worth the wait!
Got the black case yesterday and I put it on my iPad 2 right away. It fits perfectly and the hibernation function works well. I have the smart cover and really hate it. With about the same price, the Yoobao case wins hands down.
It certainly has been a long wait waiting for the version 2, but it's well worthy it. Xengadget did a great job communicating with me and I appreciate their effort for not shipping the cases that have known issues. I certainly will recommend Xengadget to my friends.

Got it today
I got my iPad 2 v2 case today and are very pleased with it. I willl give it a four star. There is still an issue with the hibernation function as the case must be so accurate lined.

Reg the Insertion/Removal if iPad
Hi,
In the review its mentioned that its easy to insert and remove iPad from case. Does this still hold the iPad tight when inserted as I've seen few cases that after few days, the borders start loosening up and doesn't hold the iPad tightly.

Yoobao Leather case for Ipad 2
The design of this Ipad 2 leather case is excellent. It fits the Ipad 2 perfectly with soft genuine leather. The hibernation function is working good when the cover is open and close. The hibernation function is triggered when the cover is folded on the back side to a certain position. This is only a minor problem. I really do not care about it. Anyway, It is a nice product. I still have 4 more Ipad 2 cases on order. Please keep the quality as good as the first one that I am using now.

Great case
I notice the same problem as Mike, but I don't really use it anyway, so I still give it a 5 star.
The leather is top quality and very soft. It fits iPad 2 really well and every ports and switches line up perfectly with the cutouts.
Highly recommended to anyone who owns the iPad 2

Love it
Pre-ordered the case and received it today. Cannot be happier. The build quality is simply top notch. I started with Yoobao case with the original iPad, and Yoobao didn't disappoint me with the new case.
I give it a 4 star because of the issue of the hibernation function. I don't really care about it, but it's something Yoobao should fix in order to make it the best case for iPad 2.
